A lot crammed in

Today is our 3rd anniversary. Daniel surprised me with a shoe self, he made with his own two hands. Later we went to dinner. His parents sent us out for a date and they baby sat! Such wonderful people!!
Today was pretty warm so we created the "Brown Water Park." My parents bought Abby a water table so I set that up, along with Baily's pool and Abbys pool.

She did play in the water some, but the dirt was a lot more fun.
My family got together for all of the June birthdays. Mine is June 30th, 32! Holy cow! This is our adorable cousin Michael pulling Abby. What a MAN!

When is it Abby's turn to pull someone? he he !Here her every so cute cousin Ashlynn is doing the hard work.

Abby is pretty much the cutest thing in this wagon.

My cousin Rick is so proud of the second radish that came from his garden!

Abby loves dress up....yes those are my (clean) underwear around her neck. Don't ask.

Father's day was a lot of fun. Both Abby and I were sick, but we pushed through for the # 1 Dad around. We wanted him to feel special. We ate at the Otis Cafe. The Otis Cafe is along the way to Lincoln city. Best breakfast ever!
Then we headed to the beach. It was sunny and beautiful. We walked down the beach and looked for rocks, Abby's favorite things! She loved all of the seagulls too. As we were walking we started to notice the grey clouds coming in. We headed back to our stuff and got soaked along the way. It was great though. Then we had a BBQ with his family. We were going to have fried chicken the Saturday before with my dad, but I was not feeling good and he just got over being sick. So I thought it best to give him the gift of health.
This summer is going to be full of fun. I will update as much as I can.

The Binky

I need your help. Abby will be 18 months next month and according to what I have read she should be off the binky. When we got rid of bottles, she began to rely more on the binky. I have tried to keep away from her when she is awake, but the whining for it can get a bit un-nerving. I am hoping to working on it this summer. I want to at least keep it away from her when she is awake. What are some theories you have? How did you manage the pacifier? Help!
