Life can throw us some crazy curve balls and we forget to look around us and realize the blessings we have. It really kills me to see my girls grow- up (I know that sounds horrible, but they are so precious and sweet and I love my babies....). I want to challenge myself to take in every moment with them. It's hard doing that when you work full time.
Ruby Mae was feeling under the weather. Daddy finished dinner early and snuggled with her. She is starting to go to him more. Which is nice, but I secretly still want her to come to me more.....again, horrible.
My big manly man of a husband is awesome at doing my girls hair. Daniel is the only one of us who can pull off a bun!
Abby has been taking dance this year. These pics are of her dress rehearsal. She looks so small and vulnerable. It was weird seeing her like that. When she was done she said she loved being on stage. She really was the best dancer on that stage!
Miss Ruby Mae will be 2 next month! While she is so sweet and loving she is also a little stinker. For instance, she is biting, crawling out of her playpen and crib, climbs on everything, opens doors, colors on things other than paper, and takes off her diaper. She really keeps us on our toes. It makes life interesting. It's so funny, because she does everything Abby didn't do. But she is the JOY of our lives. It amazes me how much my girls love each other and get along.
Cherub on a swing.
I love you my beautiful ladies. I am so blessed to be your mom!
