Today we took the opportunity to enjoy the sun at the zoo! We went with our good friends Becky and Riley. All three girls, plus the adults had a great time.
The animals were out and about all day, showing off their stuff! We even saw a sea lion poop! How many people can say they have seen that!?
Ruby had a blast! She walked really well with us and when we asked her to get into the stroller she did. She was so excited to see all the animals and made her own sounds to go with each. The lions, tigers, bears... where all "grrrrrrrr" the elephants were "ooooooooooooo"
The Flamingos were the new addition to the zoo. So pretty!

The highlight of our day was being able to feed and hold a bird. This was the very first time Abby was able to actually do it herself. She was on top of the world.
On our way out of the zoo we made a quick trip to the gift store. Of all the animals that we saw at the zoo...Abby picked a cat, and Ruby fell in love with a black wiener dog! I totally would have picked a flamingo...but as long as they are happy. Love my girls!

Didn't know they had flamingos! Might have to make a visit to the zoo this summer.
